Our Mission
To develop and strengthen the connection of the Jewish communities in the world to Israel by promoting humanistic and community values by creating a tailored personal experience in a network of informal, multifaceted, and holistic activities.

About us - WeKibbutz
Founded in 2018 in the spirit of the Kibbutz Movement, WeKibbutz is an umbrella organization for an array of programs that all share a common goal: to bridge between Israel and the Diaspora and build community leadership and resilience.
WeKibbutz consists of programs for various target audiences. With Netaim we start at early childhood as we arrive several times a year at the Jewish schools and engage with the kids in fun and informative gameplay about the Jewish holidays and the Israeli culture. Teens are welcome to join Hallelujah Project and enjoy our international leadership program and fun-filled international summer camps with Camp Hallelujah. For graduates and young adults, we offer Maslool and Kibbutz Ulpan for a meaningful long-term experience. Those who wish to volunteer to the IDF can Join our Hamsa program for an individual and holistic lone-soldier experience.
WeKibbutz works in dozens of communities around the world with an emphasis on medium-small Jewish communities. Each year we reach thousands of people from all age groups. So far, the organization has about 100,000 graduates from 60 communities around the world.
WeKibbutz collaborates with many partners such as The Jewish Agency, Keren Kayemet LeIsrael, The World Zionist Organization, The Israel Experience, Masa Israel Journey and many more.
